Availability & Scheduling

Here's some important information about our availability and scheduling process.

Booking Lead Time

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for portrait and branding sessions, and 1-3 months for events, depending on the scale.

Peak Season

Our peak seasons are May-September and November-December. During these periods, earlier bookings are strongly recommended.

Session Duration

Portrait sessions typically last 1-2 hours, branding sessions 3-6 hours, and event coverage varies based on your specific requirements.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your scheduled session. For commercial projects, payment terms may vary based on project scope and will be outlined in your contract.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

How and when will I receive my photos?

Your edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery. Delivery timelines vary by service: portrait sessions within 7-10 business days, branding sessions within 10-14 business days, and events within 2-3 weeks. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

What should I wear for my portrait or branding session?

After booking, we'll provide you with a detailed preparation guide including wardrobe recommendations tailored to your specific session type and goals. We're also available for personal styling consultations to help you choose outfits that align with your desired aesthetic and our cinematic style.

Do you offer hair and makeup services?

Yes, we work with a team of professional hair and makeup artists who can be added to your package. This service is included in our Elite Portrait and Enterprise Brand packages, and can be added to any other package for an additional fee.

Do you travel for photography sessions?

Yes, we travel both domestically and internationally for photography projects. Local travel within London is included in our standard rates. For locations outside London, additional travel fees apply based on distance. For international projects, travel expenses, accommodation, and per diem rates will be outlined in your custom quote.
